Kirsten Dunst’ life is moving forward following a six-week stint in a Utah rehab facility. She recently moved from Los Angeles to New York, buying a $3 million penthouse apartment on the city’s west side last month.

And the NY Post claims she has already found a new partner to spend time with in Manhattan - in the form of Half Nelson star Ryan Gosling. The pair was spotted drinking and eating all Saturday afternoon and evening at Lower East Side hotspot Freemans.

A source tells the New York Post, “They were definitely acting like they were on a date. They lingered there for hours and were both dressed kind of shabby.”

Could be a working date though as Dunst and Gosling have just started shooting “All Good Things,” a love story and murder mystery set in 1980s New York.

Gosling plays the scion of a real estate dynasty who falls for a beautiful girl (Dunst) from the wrong side of the tracks.

Dunst last dated British rocker Johnny Borrell, and Gosling has been single since his split from Rachel McAdams last year.

Perhaps this is a new step in treatment that I am unaware of, but actress Kirsten Dunst has reportedly found herself a boyfriend while being treated in rehab.

According to InTouch Magazine, Dunst, 25, has been inseparable from her new man, who she met at the Cirque Lodge rehab facility. 

Recent former Cirque Lodge rehab alumni, Lindsay Lohan, also hooked up with snowboarder Riley Giles when she was at Utah’s “most exclusive drug rehab facility”, and we all know how well that worked out so I say go for it Kiki!

And Dunst’s new man has shown himself to be a romantic, even asking his mom to send flowers to Kirsten at the center on his behalf (since he himself cannot), according to sources . Reportedly the staff has asked the two to separate on many occassions as the couple often take walks together and Dunst likes to sit on his lap while they smoke cigarettes together.

Someday in the future perhaps these two lovebirds will look back on how they met and fell in love and think “Good times”!  Probably not but perhaps it helps pass the time a little faster.

Eva Mendes who checked into the Cirque Lodge in Utah some weeks ago to battle some sort of substance abuse problem, has now left the rehab facility. Eva arrived back in Los Angeles last night according to reports Life & Style.  No word on whether Eva has completed her therapy or just decided she had, had enough.  Coincidentally, just yesterday we reported here that Kirsten Dunst had just checked in to Cirque Lodge. 

Update: It turns out Eva is just attending to some personal business in Los Angeles and intends to return to complete her treatment shortly,” her publicist has announced.

“Eva has made a positive decision to take some much-needed time off to proactively attend to some personal issues,” her rep said at the time.

After being observed behaving erratically at the Sundance Festival as we reported here, Kirsten Dunst is the latest celebrity to enter rehab. The actress has a reputation as a partier and is sometimes referred to as Kirsten Drunkst by some. Cirque Lodge in Utah not far from Sundance by the way, will be Kirsten’s home for awhile as she battles some sort of substance abuse problem, according to Star Magazine. A Star source in Utah said,

“She seemed to be intoxicated when she checked in because she was acting really erratic. She was extremely emotional, constantly breaking down in tears. She not in a good place right now, but thankfully, she’s getting the help she needs.”

Dunst joins Eva Mendes who checked into Cirque Lodge last month. We wish Kirsten a speedy recovery.

Kirsten Dunst only made a brief appearance at the recent Sundance festival but it still has tongues wagging. Some speculated that Dunst was “on the verge of a breakdown,” because she “acted erratic” during her stay at Sundance.    NYPost PageSix  say that friends of the actress made apologies on her behalf, saying, “Kirsten is not in a good place right now.” A rep for Dunst of course says, “Kirsten is fine.”

While some saw Dunst as “erratic” others speculated she was “erotic”. Dunst and Josh Hartnett fueled speculation they’re romantically involved after the couple was spotted kissing at the celebrity filled Sundance Festival.  I suppose it could be both but that’s the nature of rumors sometimes.

Starpulse has reported that surfer due and casanova Kelly Slater supposedly has a new love - Kirsten Dunst.  The couple was supposedly spotted dining together at West Hollywood restaurant Ago on November 19. A fellow diner tells American publication Life & Style, “They were flirting a lot, smiling and giggling. They were having a fun time, and there was definite chemistry. It looked like they were getting to know each other. She was into him and she made it quite clear they wanted to be left alone. Kirsten was hanging on Kelly’s every word.”

Slater, an extreme sports icon has made a name for himself in 2007 after hooking up with celebrity exes Cameron Diaz and Bar Rafaeli. Diaz took off to Hawaii to spend time with Slater after she split from Justin Timberlake at Christmas and the surfing hunk was spotted romancing model Rafaeli in her native Israel before news of her split from Leonardo DiCaprio hit the headlines.
The problem with this report is nobody asked Kelly Slater and he claims he has not even met the actress.  He told TMZ.com today, “I have no idea what that’s about. I’ve never met her my whole life.”
