Kate Hudson did an interview with Times Online while in London to promote Fool’s Gold, where she had a few interesting quotes on marriage and children.

Kate on splitting up with the Black Crowes front man, Chris Robinson, father of her four-year-old son, Ryder:

“I spent 7½ years with Chris. I grew up with him,” she says. “It takes a grown-up to be able to realise that something’s not working. The transition with children is when you get scared. It’s a huge decision. Well, I still love [Ryder’s] dad. It’s that simple. Daddy and I still spend lots of time together.”

On mom Goldie Hawn’s relationship with her long-term lover, Kurt Russell:

“It’s their silver anniversary,” Kate announces proudly. “Twenty-five years of not being married. It works. They go through their stuff just like everybody else, but they are so happy. A wedding never made it any better or worse. It’s awesome.”

Does she ever feel restricted by having a child:

“Well, I am restricted. The question is, does it bother me? And it doesn’t at all. I’m a mom and that’s my first priority. There are a lot of people who say, ‘Do you know what I did for you? Have you any idea about the things I gave up?’ I could never be like that. I can’t wait to have more. I’m at that place when I’m ready to have another one and Chris and I are not together. I’m like, ‘Oh no! Uh-oh! I’m ready.’ ”

On dating as a single mom:

“Any guy I ever meet is always going to come second to my son,” she says. “And you get to weed out the boys from the men. You definitely know which ones are the boys.”

On son Ryder now coming of age to play organized sports:

“I love sports,” she says. “I know more about them than my brothers sometimes. I’ve never been more excited to be a soccer mom. And I will totally be the snack mom – that’s going to be the best part.”

The Owen Wilson and Kate Hudson rekindled romance is perhaps getting more serious.  Gatecrasher reports that Kate is apartment hunting in NYC and wants Owen to live with her.

Friends of Hudson say she’s ready to settle down:

“She is ready to nest and has even been talking about having more little ones. She is relieved to be more settled again. She really felt as if she were testing her limits going out while she and Owen were separated.”

Testing her limits, going out while she and Owen were separated?  For awhile there it seemed like it was a revolving door to Kate’s bedroom. While, Owen does seem to be much more upbeat after his suicide attempt, since getting back with Kate, one wonders what happens if things don’t work out for the couple this time?  Is Owen prepared to deal with it this time if things fail?  I am guessing probably not.

Actress Kate Hudson’s wonderful figure was on display over the past weekend for the Miami International Film Festival here. Frolicking in an itsy bitsy red bikini, she obviously is proud and comfortable with her body as she should be. But along comes Hollywood movie marketers that felt they needed to give Hudson’s body a helping hand on the poster for new movie Fool’s Gold, opting to digitally enhance her bossom in US posters. Similarly this happened to petite British actress Keira Knightley in the US posters to advertise her role in the film King Arthur. I don’t feel like I am going out on any limb in saying neither Kate or Keira asked or wanted their bodies enhanced, but it happens anyway.  I guess it’s no wonder there are so many women with poor self images and how busy and rich cosmetic surgeons are because of it.

Kate Hudson has hopefully finally quashed pregnancy rumors by showing off her hot bikini body in Miami. Hudson was rumoured to be expecting her second child. Kate was in Miami for the city’s annual Film Festival, where her short film Cutless, which she directed, is being featured.

Kate has enough rumors swirling around her including a rumored secret romance with Justin Timberlake and more recently perhaps rekindling her romance with Owen Wilson. The couple split in May last year and the heartache of the break up was believed to be the reason behind Owen’s suicide attempt.   Owen also made the trip to Miami for the same International Film Festival, but is reportedly staying in an adjacent hotel from Kate.   For all of the Kate Hudson bikini pictures click here.

Is something cooking between these 2 again, and will it pan out?

Owen Wilson and Kate Hudson are back at it according to reports. Kate, was spotted leaving Owen’s Malibu home on Monday afternoon. The former couple were also seen together on Saturday as well. The ex-lovers began dating in fall 2006 when they met on the set of You, Me and Dupree, but endured a highly publicized breakup in June 2007, which was followed by Owen’s August suicide attempt. I guess Owen just can’t stay away from Kate.  Kate who is recently quoted as saying she has no boyfriend is also supposedly dating Justin Timberlake who is dating Jessica Biel.

On to the next Kate Hudson rumor.  She doesn’t seem to be pregnant based on recent pictures showing off her slim figure. And she hasn’t been photographed with any romantic involements for quite a while.  However a NY Post source says that Kate Hudson has been secretly seeing Justin Timberlake for the past year. If it were true I guess Justin would want to keep things quiet since I don’t think Jessica Biel would be to keen to know about this. Jessica Biel by the way is away in London filming her new movie in the midst of this rumoring. But why Kate would want to sneak around with Justin for that long is beyond me.  Still even though it seems to defy all logic, the two have been spotted together recently by more then one source. Life & Style also reports:

Justin was spotted in early February having lunch at a Whole Foods Market in NYC with Kate Hudson. And on Jan. 11, Justin and Kate were seen at the new club Villa in Hollywood and reports circulated that they kissed.

I think some of these sighting have to be true, but it doesn’t mean Justin and Kate are anything more then friends.  Consider the alternative. Did Justin Timberlake wake up one morning and decide he hates having sex with Jessica Biel (not likely) or is Kate just a little something. something on the side?

The Kate Hudson pregnancy rumors have been swirling lately, thanks mostly to some loose fitting outfits and photos that made her look the part.  I have had my doubts not only because of Kate and her reps’ denials but  she hasn’t had a boyfriend in a while (not that it couldn’t stop her anyway).  However these pictures taken February 21st, the 1st annual Hollywood Domino Tournament hosted by De Grisogono at the Beverly Hills Hotel, I think speak for themselves to the falseness of these rumors? 

Kate Hudson is set to star in in the movie Big Eyes, a biopic of 1960s artist Margaret Keane.

Keane was famous for her paintings of children with large eyes, which were sold under the name of then-husband Walter. During their divorce proceedings, she was forced to paint in front of a judge to prove that the works were hers and gain the right to use her own name.

According to Variety, the independently-financed movie will focus on her “personal awakening” as a result of the feminist movement and the subsequent lawsuit over her artwork.

The movie will be the directorial debut of Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski – who also wrote the script. The film is set to start production in June, but it could depend on a resolution of a new SAG contract.   It sounds like a very compelling story with a female role that could be a award winning for Kate.
