Jamie Spears 49-year-old brother William Spears has been pontificating to the media again (we assume for money). Wise old Uncle Willy spoke to InTouch magazine this time to discuss his knocked up niece Jamie Lynn Spears. Uncle Willy speaking from his headquarters i.e. his camper van home, said that Jamie Lynn was an accidental pregnancy and that Jamie Spears didn’t want her. What a sweet old uncle he is.

Uncle Willy explained that Jamie had a vasectomy after Britney was born and he was shocked to learn Lynne was pregnant. He said, “Jamie got awfully mad. He said it couldn’t be his.” Jamie also demanded a DNA test which proved Jamie Lynn was his.

Uncle Willy added, “That’s why they named her Jamie Lynn, to kind of make the point that she was from both of them.” He thinks “history is repeating itself,” because Jamie Lynn’s accidental pregnancy. A month or so ago Uncle Willie accounted for Britney’s recent struggles saying that her dad and ‘home life’ doomed her here.

Sam Lufti demands money

Osama Lutfi has vehemently denied ever taking money from Britney Spears, but that hasn’t stopped him from reportedly asking! Attorney Jeryll Cohen representing Jamie Spears as part of the conservatorship accused Sam Lutfi of demanding money from poor Brit.

He wrote, “During the telephone conversation, Mr. Grossman [Brit’s business manager] told me that he had numerous e-mails from Osama (Sam) Lutfi in which Mr. Lutfi made various demands, including demands for money. Mr. Grossman told me he did not comply with Mr. Lutfi’s demands.”

Grossman, has refused to provide copies of Lutfi’s e-mails to the conservatorship, which is part of the reason for wanting him removed. The other reasons are next.

Why conservators really want to give Brit’s business manager the ax

It’s pretty clear now why Jamie Spears and the conservatorship want to get rid of Business manager Howard Grossman. And it’s not just because he is in bed with Sam Lufti. Lawyers for the conservators accused Grossman of ignoring their ground rules. One lawyer wrote in a declaration that she told Grossman “he was not permitted to give Britney any money, credit cards or access to money or credit cards or to meet with her … at the Beverly Hills Hotel or anywhere else.”

However Grossman reportedly defied the order by meeting Britney at the Beverly Hills Hotel last week when she attempted to bolt. The lawyer, Jeryll Cohen, is enraged because Grossman also directed the Bev Hills Mercedes to deliver one of Britney’s cars to the hotel without first getting the conservators’ permission. Cohen says Grossman’s lame excuse was that “he wanted to build her [Brit’s] confidence in him.”
Basically though, Grossman aided and abetted Britney in her attempted to flee after getting out of the hospital and attempt to overthrow the conservatorship with the help of lawyer, Adam Streisand. Unfortunately for Grossman, the punishment for attempted mutiny is severe.

Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge are still together

On Saturday, the teens were seen shopping at a mall in McComb, Miss.  Jamie Lynn, 16, was wearing a baggy sweatshirt, and Casey walked by her side, holding a shopping bag from nearby sporting goods store, Hibbett. Casey ignored a reporter’s questions (about the baby, about Britney) but did answer the query, “Everything OK?” with “Pretty good.” He was busy whispering to Jamie Lynn, walking by her side.

On Sunday, Casey and Jamie were out in public again. This time they were shopping hand in hand, at an Auto Zone store in Kentwood, La. Jamie Lynn left the sweatshirt at home and wore a white T-shirt that revealed her small baby bump as she walked. Casy looked the doting-teenage father holding Jamie Lynn’s hand, whispers in her ear, and generally behaving like any young teenage couple in love.

The Britney Spears  paparazzi herd is thinning

The not so noble profession of documenting Britney Spears’ every move is, apparently, facing a crisis.  NY DailyNews  reports that the paparazzi pack on Spears’ trail now includes members of the Crips and Bloods gang, mainly because it’s a full-out war out there. “I’ve heard stories of fights, of car tires being slashed, cars being blocked in,” says one ex-snapper.  Claims that rival agencies are arming the thugs with cameras and sending them out to do battle may be exaggerated.  However this whole paparazzi situation reached new levels of insanity long ago, and with the money magazines are paying for these photos it’s gotten way too dangerous for everyone involved, including the celebrities and the general public.  The fact that some paps are now quiting because it’s getting too dangerous is perhaps a good side effect.

No more Pink wig, but the extensions were costly?

The neon pink fright wig, was spotted in Jamie Spears possesion today. The suspicion is the wig is heading for the garbage. And why not? Whenever Brit wore it, trouble soon ensued.
As you know, stylist, Kim Vo was called in a few days ago, to add a little length to Brit’s tired tresses, which haven’t been the same since the infamous head-shaving incident of 2007.
And this lock-lengthening comes at a pretty steep cost. While he won’t name the number on the extensions, Vo reveals to OK! that, “a house call for new extensions can be up to $6,000.”

Buyer’s Remorse

She had them, but now she doesn’t! Though she’s been denying it for years, Britney Spears had breast implants when was a teenager, according the latest issue of Rolling Stone. Brit supposedly regretted the decision later because her chest was still growing. As soon as her natural chest area stopped growing, she had the implants removed. What you see is now is the ‘natural’ Britney.

Britney Spears spent her Super Bowl Sunday pleading with her father to get her out of UCLA’s psych ward, and accusing Sam Lutfi of theft.   According to dad Jamie:

“she called him at least four times from the hospital. “She called me about every twenty minutes.”

In one call, Jamie said Brit begged him to get her out of the hospital.

“She said, ‘How long are you going to be, Daddy?’ I told her I didn’t know. She said, ‘Hurry up and get here.’ I asked her why. She said, ‘Because you got to get me out of here.’ I told her I could not get her out of there. She said, ‘I want you to.’” 

When Jamie did arrive at UCLA Medical Center on Sunday, where Britney is being held, he leaned over to kiss his daughter, who was lying in bed, and she turned away from him.

“I love you,” he told her. “No, you don’t,” Britney shot back. “The doctor told me you are keeping me in here. When Jamie tried to deny it, his daughter said, “Somebody’s lying. You put me in here.”  A nurse then assured Britney that, “Your daddy is not keeping you here; the hospital is keeping you here.”

That’s when Britney looked at her dad and pleaded, “Come on, daddy, let’s get out of here. Take my hand and let’s walk out of here together,” Jamie recounted.  To which he replied, “I wish I could, but I can’t.”Jamie told his daughter: “I wish I could, but I can’t.”

While the cats away

While Lynne Spears is in Los Angeles dealing with the Brit debacle, Jamie Lynn was all by her lonsome self in Kentwood, LA.  So what does a knocked up teen do while her parents are away? She parties! Jamie Lynn threw a Super Bowl party at her mother’s mansion, Serenity, and invited Casey Aldridge and a bunch of her friends reports Star Magazine.

Earlier in the day Casey and Jamie Lynn drove to a Wal-Mart Supercenter 35-miles from Kentwood. One source said they might have been buying booze, because the store near her house doesn’t sell booze on Sundays.

According to the National Enquirer (via MSNBC) Jamie Lynn wants to run away from her mother and move to Los Angeles to live with Daddy. Lynne Spears is supposedly doling out some tough love and not letting poor little Jamie Lynn smoke, drink and party the way she wants to.  Jamie Lynn saw Britney do it with no ill effects to her sons and figures her baby will be fine too, according to the source.

“She wants to be settled in before the baby is born in March or early April — and she wants to be closer to film projects she’d like to start after giving birth.”

Jamie Lynn’s big plan is to go to Los Angeles and become a working mom. And how are you going to stop her, after all she’s all grown up at 16? It’s tough to keep these partying Spears’ sisters locked away for very long.  Britney herself has probably started digging a tunnel to get out of the psych ward.

I was kind of hoping to give Britney a rest for the day, but couldn’t resist this story. The Los Angeles Police Department were reportedly called to Britney’s house on Friday after her parents discovered several apparently valuable items missing.

After Jamie Spears was granted conservatorship of his daughter at an emergency hearing Friday, he and ex-wife Lynne returned to the house, probably to change the locks on her house, but were “shocked” to find valuable items ”had been stolen.”

They called the cops and filed a report.

Spears’ folks believe that items were taken after their daughter was taken to the UCLA Medical Center early Thursday morning.

Hmm, who do you think would have had access to Brit’s house that might want to remove a few things, while they can???

Well we don’t know the culprit is yet but Los Angeles’ finest are on it.

On other perhaps related news Britneys’ manager Sam (I am) Lutfi, is supposedly vowing to contest the conservatorship and put up a fight in court, on his clients behalf of course.  A 21-day civil harassment restraining order was granted against Sam, who has in return been accusing Jamie and Lynne of poor parenting.  Restraining order and poor parenting, could they both be right?

Jaime Spears, has been given temporary co-conservatorship over daughter Britney’s financial assets along with a lawyer. There are conflicting reports on this, but apparently the paperwork to appoint a conservator for her medical decisions has not been filed yet. However Jamie and the lawyer can communicate with Brit’s doctors and access medical records. The temporary conservatorship is only until Monday, to give the Commissioner time to review all the materials. 

Jaime was also granted a civil restraining harassment order against Sam Lutfi for 21 days and will be revisited there after. The Commish felt Lufti was harassing Brit when wasn’t bringing her food and he has to now stay away from her.

Jaime can also change all the locks at her house, kick out whoever might be living there, decide who visits her and approve and retain security guards and caretakers at the hospital.

The Commissioner scheduled the next hearing for this on Monday, February 4. Today’s hearing was attended by Jamie, Lynne Spears and her sister, who sat between them. Sam Lutfi wasn’t present.  Given this emergency conservatorship has been granted, it means for now, Britney is considered an imminent threat to herself and/or her own financial well-being.  It also means Sam Lufti is out on the curb for the next 21 days and it could turn it into a permanent order at the end of those 21 days.

Jamie and Lynne Spears are in the County courthouse in downtown L.A. to battle for the right to make medical decisions on behalf of Britney. Both parents are of course extremely concerned about the welfare of their daughter, and more so because Sam Lutfi is trying to call the shots on all matters Britney.

The court has the power to create a conservatorship.  The conservatorship would allow Jamie and Lynne to make medical decisions and also control Britney’s financial affairs.

Both parents have come together because they believe Lutfi’s influence has placed their daughter and her assets at risk. Lutfi has reportedly been working with his lawyer to get his gold mine aka Britney Spears released from the hospital. In the meantime, Jamie and Lynne have reportedly changed the locks on their daughter’s home in an effort to totally shut Lutfi out of their daughter’s life.

Pagesix says that Lynne Spears is planning to try and take Britney home to Louisiana.  Lynne hopes that by immediately getting her daughter out of Hollywood once she is released from the hospital, it will break the hold her current circle of ‘friends’ (Sam, Alli, Adnan, …) have on her. This new bit of information supposedly comes from Britney’s lawyer Michael Flanagan who goes on to say:

“Brit has an amazing support system in Louisiana,” Flanagan says, reinforcing the belief that Britney simply can’t get the help she needs while she remains in L.A. “Lynne was holding up reasonably well, but her first priority and concern right now is with her daughter and helping her through this very tough situation that she is in.”

On the one hand this seems like a good idea but it also occurs to me that a big part of all this drama, is that Britney has been running from her parents and particularly her mom, to escape her control. Is Britney now willingly going to go home with her mom? Guess it may depend on how strong the meds are. Brit certainly doesn’t appear to have the life skills to live on her own nor make good choices about the people she surrounds herself, so where does that leave her?  Hopefully the psychiatric care and meds will help.  But can you picture the reassembled Spears’ family:

Daughter #2, 16 year old Jamie Lynne who is pregnant and out reportedly most nights with friends partying, against her mother’s wishes.

And now the return of prodigal daughter #1, who well you know the story.

That’s some asylum Lynne will be running. To bad Britney doesn’t have a better option.
