Paris Hilton’s brother Barron arrested for DUI and more?

Paris Hiltons’ little brother, 18-year-old Barron is following in his sister’s foosteps by getting reportedly arrested for DUI in Malibu at 8:30 a.m. this morning!
Cops say Barron Hilton was driving a black Mercedes on Pacific Coast Highway with a passenger but not one of his sisters. Barron just moved to Los Angeles for college.
I don’t know which is a bigger indication of a problem, Barron not of legal drinking age yet, or getting busted for drinking at 8:30 in the morning?

Update: Barron Hilton perhaps had more then a DUI. Allegedly he struck a gas station attendant with his car early this morning as he careened into a 76 gas station. The worker, Fernando Tellez, was not hurt when Barron’s black Mercedes bowled into him between 6:00 and 6:30 a.m., but he insisted on calling the cops.
“I was knocked to the ground,” Tellez claimed to PageSix. “The Mercedes lost control as it was turning into the gas station and Barron got out of the car and he was totally drunk and couldn’t walk straight.”
Expect Barron to have the best lawyers money can buy. And he may need them because in addition to the DUI, Barron could face an underage drinking charge, and perhaps reckless driving, operating to endanger, and Vehicular assault.
