Ashton Kutcher’s new prank show “Pop Fiction,” which will feature 20 celebrities, including several superstars, who are all in on the joke, premiered last night.  The show takes annoying celebrities and helps them pull pranks on the media and paparazzi.  As you know, the whole Paris Hilton Shaman incident proved to be a prank for a future episode of the show.  Hilton made headlines around the world when she stepped out with an orange-robed, grey-haired ’shaman’ who proceeded to bless her and then encouraged her to donate a diamond necklace to a stranger.  However, as previously reported the ‘guru’ was actually an actor named Maxie Santillan Jr.
Avril Lavigne also pulled her own prank, putting on a fake baby bump and went shopping for baby clothes on Robertson, with rumors of her pregnancy spreading throughout the tabloid world thereafter.  I think it’s a great way for celebrities to get back at the paparazzi and all of us scandel-mongers.
