Eminem is a Not-So-Slim Shady

Semi-retired rapper Eminem was hospitalized in his hometown of Detroit over the holidays for a heart condition and severe pneumonia. His publicist said,
“Over the holidays, Marshall Mathers, aka Eminem, was under doctor’s care at a Detroit-area hospital for complications due to pneumonia. He has since been released and is doing well recovering at home.”
Perhaps his poor health is due to the fact he has seemingly let himself go? The Real Slim Shady isn’t so slim anymore, reportedly weighing in at over 200 pounds. That’s a lot of weight on a slight 5′8″ frame.
