It’s being reported that Michael Jackson’s 50-date residency at London’s 02 arena was also due to include a duet with his son, Prince Michael, Jr., “He wanted his kids to see him perform at least once, to get the vibe of the Michael Jackson mania,” former Jackson PR man, Stuart Backerman told Us. “He knew his kids would enjoy it.”

Since losing their world-famous father to cardiac arrest on June 25, all three children are said to be doing quite well. Jackson’s Mother, Katherine, was named as their guardian in Michael’s new will, which wholly ignores their surrogate mom, Debbie Rowe.

If Katherine were somehow unable to serve, Jackson’s next choice was his lifelong companion, Diana Ross.

The London concerts were set to be Jackson’s first time on a stage since 2001, but despite the loss his children are still in good spirits, “They’re happy,” Joe Jackson told a press conference, Monday. “They’re with the other young ones in the Jackson family…They were never around other kids.” he explained.

Jackson’s funeral is now set for the Staples Center on Tuesday, where his kids and the world can then say their goodbyes.

There’s no official statement yet, but sources are saying the world will get chance to say its goodbyes to the late King of Pop at 10am, July 7 th at LA’s ‘Staples Center.’

After a week of rumors and misinformation funeral arrangements are coming together and Michael Jackson will make his last public appearance at the 20,000 seat stadium on Tuesday. Insiders have said giant screens will be erected outside for the countless legions of fans who will never gain entry.

Rumors and lazy network-news anchors have had the event located everywhere from the Neverland ranch to the LA Coliseum, but after discussions between the Staples bosses and Barnum and Bailey’s, who are due to move into the center the following day, the $370-million arena is now first-pick for the task.

The service will also engage the Nokia theater, situated next door, plus the vast open plaza that surrounds the two venues. How tickets will be sold is still undecided at present.

Adding further detail to the picture that is now emerging of Michael Jackson’s day-to-day life, a nurse and nutritionist hired to help him prepare for the concerts in London says the singer was addicted to pain relief and anti-insomnia pills, and it was ruining his life.

The nurse, Cherilyn Lee, says Michael repeatedly asked her for Diprivan – a sleep drug so potent it’s used in operating theaters as an anesthetic. But on June 21 she got a worrying call from one of Michael’s assistants,  “He was frantic and said, `Michael needs to see you right away!’ From the conversation it soon became clear the singer had obtained the drug, or a clone, from one of his legion of doctors. Lee advised immediate hospital treatment but the singer never complied. “I don’t know what happened. But he was adamant about this drug,” she told AP reporters.

Since Michael’s untimely death last Thursday, claims of drug use have been almost incessant, but Lee insists the Michael she knew was no junkie, “He wasn’t looking to get high. This was a person who was just desperate to get some sleep - to get some rest.”

As part of his preparations for the 02 concerts in London, Michael had been working out with champion bodybuilder, Lou Ferrigno, who also has no recollection of MJ using drugs, “He wasn’t stoned. He wasn’t high. He never talked about drugs, he was always talking about nutrition.”

As a recreational drug, Diprivan would be virtual suicide – just a tiny amount above the right dosage can stop the recipient’s breathing — or cause shallow pulse. Michael had been asking Lee to provide it for months, but she always declined, “I said, ‘Michael, the only problem is I’m worried you’re going to take it, and you’re not going to wake up,” she recalled. But she felt pretty certain he got it elsewhere.

Following the loss of the singer last week, Lee, 56, a registered nurse and nurse practitioner, says she chose to speak out to defend his reputation, and his three children from a torrent of cruel allegations. “I think it’s so wrong for people to say these things about him,” she said. “He was a wonderful, loving father who wanted the best for his children.”

In a sea of rumors and misinformation, one story that is gaining serious traction is that the late King of Pop did not father his kids.

Though Michael and Debbie Rowe were married in November, ‘96 it’s been widely rumored [and not yet denied,] that their children’s true father is Arnold Klein – who was Jackson’s skin doctor and Rowe’s former boss. “He is the dad,” says an insider. “But he and Debbie signed an agreement saying they would never reveal the truth.”

Debbie even admitted in 2002 that she carried both children – Prince Michael, Jr [born Feb 13, 97,] and Paris [born, April  3, 98,] as a favor to Jackson, “I said, ‘Let me do this. “ she told reporters. “You need to be a dad. You have been so good to me,’ Both children were conceived outside the womb, then implanted in Debbie, who gave them both life.

And just to add depth this sad, cryptic tale, it’s now been discovered that Michael never filed the papers to adopt either them, or his other son, Prince Michael II – who is also not the star’s biological heir.

Yesterday, the courts granted Momma Jackson custody of the kids until life settles down, but under California law, Debbie could still get Prince I and Paris back in her care, unless a Court rules it would be ‘detrimental’ to them. So she could be mounting a challenge real soon - and if she does, you’d better get ready for war.

The will of the late Michael Jackson has been the subject of much debate with concern there might not be a validone in place.However, a will from 2002 has emerged from Jackson’s lawyer, which is believed to be his final one. The 2002 document was prepared by Attorney John Branca, who is also named as executor along with music executive John McClain, a longtime friend of Jackson’s.

Details emerging from the will divide Jackson’s large estate between his mother, three children and various charities. On Monday, a Los Angeles court awarded temporary custody of Jackson’s children to Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson.

Michael Jackson had a bad relationship with his father Joseph Jackson during his lifetime and not surprising daddy is rumored to be excluded from his will. Michael has eluded to the beatings he suffered at the hands of daddy, and it appears to have greatly effected his emotional stability.  On a side note it really annoyed me to see Papa Joe emerge yesterday from the family compound to make some comments about the death of his son and how the family was doing but instead used the spotlight to plug one of his business ventures. It showed his true colors.

Michael’s estate reportedly carries about $500 million in debt, but remaining assets are thought to total around $200 million.

His major assets, include a 50 percent stake in Sony/ATV Music, Mijac, a publishing catalog of his own music and the master recordings of his albums, which will revert to Jackson estate within five years.

The 2002 will is expected to be filed in court sometime this week.

Since the tragic events in LA on Thursday, the news about Michael has been almost a flood. But one item among it is now in some doubt – The autopsy report may well be a fake.

Less reputable news sites have been making a great deal of noise about a document, reputed to be from the LA Coroner’s office, that includes details of scarring and needle marks across Michael’s body. But this short statement was just released by that office that clearly refutes every claim.

“The report that is being published did not come from this office. We don’t know where the information came from, or from whom. It is not accurate. Some of it is totally false.”

Meanwhile A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge issued a ruling this morning granting temporary guardianship of Michael’s three children to his mother, Katherine Jackson, a court spokesman said.
