Born a brunette, Brit was captured doing some shopping in LA recently, with her hair flowing behind her in its natural hues - and one hell of a rock on her hand.

With her on this latest consumer indulgence was Jason Trawick, who is not only her agent but also the source of the large and sparkly diamond on her third finger, which is making folk think Brit may be planning to wed…Yes, again!

I know what you’re saying - we’ve been here before. But insiders are hinting this might be for real, so stay tuned and let’s see what goes down…

You know gossip is never official until US or People Magazine catch on and confirm (rolling eyes). But months after everyone else reported Britney Spears is dating one of her managers, Jason Trawick, which was denied by by all parties, People magazine reports that the pop tart is definitely involved with her colleague.

A source said: “They are totally and definitely dating. Her dad loves him. He’s the best thing that has happened to her.”

The source also told People: “They’re very sweet together. Britney has always had a crush on Jason. He makes her really happy, and he’s great with the boys.”

Brit’ and Jason have known each other for over five years. He works for the top showbiz agency William Morris and also represents Taylor Swift and Paris Hilton. Britney and Jason made their first public appearance together at a party for designer Christian Audigier last May (photo right). The two were first spotted even before that, together vacationing at Mel Gibson’s beach house in Costa Rica.

In other Spears news the star has just announced that she will tour Australia for the first time. In a statement on her website, the 27-year-old said she had wanted to visit the country for “quite some time”.

Britney’s Circus tour will feature six dates ‘down under’ starting in November.

During the ‘crazy years’ of not so long ago Britney Spears often was photographed sans panties so there really isn’t much left to the imagination anymore.  But in case seeing the fallen angel flashing her boobs gets you excited new photos emerged yesterday, showing her topless while shooting the music video for her 2007 hit “Gimme More.”

Adorned with strategically placed temporary tattoos, brunette Spears pole-dances in a strip-club setting during the video, while a blond Britney enjoys the show from the bar. Apparently the down-and-dirty Spears of those days brought a photographer to the video shoot and posed for the topless snaps, according to an agent for the fotog. “These pictures were [Spears’] idea,” said Alec Byrne, who represents the photographer, whom he declined to identify.

“She was going to use this in the promotion of the video — but obviously, after [she] saw the content, decided not to.”

Britney’s ‘Circus’ world tour hits sleepy, old England tonight. And the just-released plans for her after-show party are causing a few of our ex-colonial cousins to gather their panties in a serious bunch.

In what is being labeled by the Brit’s tabloid media as ‘the filthiest after-show party in decades,’ Ms Spears and her crew are plotting to close each of her eight shows at London’s ‘02 Arena’ with a live Circus show in the nightclub next door, starring naked acrobats, topless burlesque, and even dwarfs who’ll be busting some moves.

The show itself, which features a strong bondage theme, with whips and latex and acres of flesh has been causing the Brits some degree of ‘retention,’ but the after-show action, known as ‘Club Dada’ nearly made them pass out.

Every one of the shows has been sold out for months, so let’s just see if the Brits can survive…

With her ‘Circus’ tour packing them in, you might think little Britney’s finally shut out the craziness and lifted her game.

Not so much.

After the PR success of her ‘OK!’ modeling session last year, the high-profile songbird made time in her schedule to do a session with Elle last week. And it was a mess…in more ways than one. “They dressed her in all these beautiful, couture clothes” says an insider told the NY Post. “And, well,….let’s just say she forgot what time of the month it was. It wasn’t pretty.”

For once, even Brit’s reps are making no comment.

It certainly doesn’t sound like a win, but at least little Brit didn’t let her white Maltese, Lacy, relieve herself on the outfits, which is what happened at the OK! shoot. Didn’t see that shot on the cover, huh??

Daddy Spears and his chief legal-eagle spent over $10-million dollars in less than a year, just keeping Brit ticking. The papers, filed at LA County’s Superior Court, break it down to the penny, but accounting is boring, so you might need some Joe:

There’s prosaic stuff like her water and phone bills, and the really cool stuff, like her Malibu beach house. Her army of minders cost $447,663 last year alone, while ex-hubby, Kevin got $625,000 as part of his settlement, plus $78,800 in child support.

Of course, a girl’s gotta eat, so Brit got $55,500 as her annual allowance. A section marked “personal grooming” is all painted out - which is mean - but the accountants say it’s ‘massages, manicures, makeup and hair.’ And our girl sure loves the holidays! - She spent $3,400 on decorations, and $5,800 more just taking them down[??]

But the biggest drain on her purse is all the accountants: In less than 12-months, $3.6 million was paid out to lawyers, her Daddy’s attorneys took a cool $1-million, and Daddy Spears even paid himself $168,790 just for being in charge.

But don’t get concerned - Chapter 11 is not even a cloud; Brit’s net-worth is north of $100-million, and she starts a European tour next month that will bag even more.
