We were all surprised yesterday when at around 1:20pm PST: Britney is unexpectedly released from her court-ordered hospitalization after doctors inexplicably determine she is no longer a danger to herself or others.

The following statement was released to CNN’s Anderson Cooper by Britney’s parents:

“As parents of an adult child in the throws of a mental health crisis, we were extremely disappointed this morning to learn that over the recommendation of her treating psychiatrist, our daughter Britney was released from the hospital that could best care for her and keep her safe. We are deeply concerned about our daughter’s safety and vulnerability and we believe her life is presently at risk. There are conservatorship orders in place created to protect our daughter that are being blatantly disregarded. We ask only that the court’s orders be enforced so that a tragedy may be averted.

Here is an account of the wild night that ensued.  Thanks to OK! magazine for their help in recounting the timeline of events.  Times are PST.

2:00pm: Britney is driving around erratically the San Fernando Valley in her brand new black Mercedes-Benz, with a bodyguard, believed to be the same former Israeli military officer who bodyguards for Lindsay Lohan.  So much for the no longer a danger to herself or others diagnosis.

Around 3:00pm: The bodyguard in the car with Britney is evicted from the car by the side of the road in Brentwood, after several shouting matches with the paparazzi.  Brit asks a photographer from X17 photo agency to drive for her, and moves to the passenger seat.  Moral of story don’t mess with  Brit’s paparazzi friends.

3:15pm: Britney’s arrives at the Beverly Hills Hotel where she bumps into First Lady of California, Maria Shriver. Brit then cools her heels and waits  for a room.

4:40 pm: Adnan Ghalib arrives at the Beverly Hills Hotel in his Mercedes convertible for a booty call and is rushed up to Britney’s room by security guards.

4:47 pm: The cops arrive at the hotel, as rumors circulate that Britney’s parents are coming after her.

5:05 pm: Britney ducks out of the hotel in Adnan’s car.

Around 5:20 pm, Britney and Adnan visit the office of Spears’ new mouthpiece, Adam Streisand, hired to contest the conservatorship the court instated over the former pop star.  Obviously Brit’s priority seems to be to get free of her parents.

- Around 7:00pm PT, Britney sneaks out of Streisand’s office building and return to the Beverly Hills Hotel with the help of a paparazzo from Adnan’s photo agency, FinalPixx. The paparazzo gets the couple out of the building allegedly by hiding Adnan and Brit under a black blanket in the back of his car.

- Back at the Beverly Hills Hotel, police remain on the grounds as do a number of bodyguards who are keeping watch in the hotel’s parking garage.

- Around 9:00pm PT, Brit’s father Jamie Spears arrives at the Beverly Hills Hotel and waits in the lobby, looking very tired.  Within a couple of minutes, Jamie is approached by the concierge and a pair of men who may have been plainclothes police officers or hotel security officials, who led him to a private conference room, where Brit’s father showed them what appear to be legal documents. Jamie is likely asking for the hotel’s cooperation in getting his daughter back to her home.  I would imagine the hotel is happy to oblige.

- Around 9:20pm PT, more police arrived at the Beverly Hills Hotel and begin gathering in the lobby, outside in the valet parking area and upstairs on the second floor of the hotel, where Britney and Adnan were holed up.

- At 9:30pm PT, Jamie Spears entered Britney’s room with what is believed to be legal documents in his hand. Meanwhile, down in the hotel’s private parking garage, a number of hotel guards are kept watch on Brit’s Mercedes.  Jamie finds himself face to face with the daughter who reportedly wants nothing to do with him. But somehow he is able to convince Brit to ultimately return to her home.

Sometime thereafter Brit and Adnan are driven to a restaurant in the San Fernando Valley and then to her home in The Summit where she and Adnan are currently staying with Jamie and Britney’s mom Lynne.

Look for Jamie Spears to be back in court tomorrow asking the Commish to put some more teeth in the conservatorship order.  I deeply feel for them, as for Britney not so much!

Late last month Adnan Ghalib, accompanied his girlfriend Britney Spears, when she was transported by ambulance to the UCLA Medical Center Psych Ward, but today he has no standing with the Spears family. The Spears chasing photographer turned boyfriend attempted to visit Britney Spears yesterday, but was reportedly turned away by her mother Lynne.  He waited for half an hour inside the hospital but ultimately was not allowed to see the committed pop star, perhaps déjà vu for a man that spent so much time chasing after Britney. A source at the scene said that Adnan, “seemed upset” and left with gifts and flowers he brought for Brit, but was never able to give her.

Britney Spears English paparazzo boyfriend, Adnan Ghali, has reportedly been hiding a secret first wife! To be clear we are not talking about the women he’s currently  married to now, Azlynn Berry.He married a  women in California named Chelsea Weinper in 2001. That first marriage lasted a total of 85 days before they separated, and Chelsea’s  parents didn’t even know they were wed!  The divorce became official six months after the marriage. Adnan, originally from Birmingham, England, is currently being divorced by second wife Azlynn Berry after watching his very public romance with Spears.

Ghali was in his first marriage at the same time he applied for a US Green Card and gained residency.  Legal experts say that if he did not tell Uncle Sam about the first marriage and divorce, he could be DEPORTED!  The expert says that even though he married a second time, yet again to an American, it makes no difference.

The first wife’s dad says his daughter met Adnan while she was on holiday in Europe, and he followed her back to America.  “I didn’t like him from the moment I laid eyes on him - and if he tricked my daughter into marrying him for a green card, then that just shows us what type of person he is.”

But here he chats with Entertainment Tonight, and in this segment, he plays some of the many Spears voicemails he’s kept as collateral.

Despite reports of a split, Adnan Ghalib told “Entertainment Tonight” that his  relationship with Britney Spears is “far from over.” He says that he didn’t get involved with Spears to sell more pics, and insisted that he wasn’t paid for the two-part interview.
Adnan, whose wife just filed for divorce, proclaims that he wants to marry Britney.  And perhaps more frightening, Adnan claims that when Britney was looking at pregnancy tests at a Rite Aid, she was “hoping” that she was pregnant with his child.

True to his word, around 6:00pm PT on Tuesday, Brit and Adnan were spotted leaving Taverna Tony’s restaurant in Malibu, hand-in-hand. The gruesome twosome jumped into Britney’s white Mercedes, popped into a Pinkberry in Beverly Hills to grab some frozen treats, smooching all the while.  Brit and Adnan roomed on the 8th floor of the Regency Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills. Perhaps the pair were watching Adnan on TV.
