Britney & K-Fed custody update

Sources tell TMZ that Kevin Federline is asking for legal and physical custody of the couple’s children. He is asking the judge to award Britney visitation privileges and also to award him spousal support. Is he out of his mind?

wow i just read these comments today. The last one posted was Nov.14th 2006. Since then Brittney has been out partying and puking from Nov14th til now. Do you all believe that when Brittney wakes up in the morning after shes been out partying that she , herself, feeds and clothes and diapers her sons. I doubt it! She probably gets her nanny to do it while she sleeps off her puking hangovers.

i actually think that k-fed has a chance. not many first time parents go out clubbing on a daily basis and when tries to go into rehab leave within 24 hours. no single mother would ever do that. she is all over the place shaving her head to get a tattoo, the coochie incident and the choice of clothing she wears with the children. she is a partier and doesnt deserve to have custody of those children. she is very instable. i give major props to k-fed for taking action by wanting custody.
i think that Kevin Federline needs to take the stick that has been in his ass ever since he married britney. he has said before they ever got married that he never wanted to marry her just for her money but since the time of the divorce that seems to be his only concern as the welfare of the kids. i don’t think that he really wants the kids because he has 2 kids from his previous relationship with shar jackson and he hasn’t shown anything in the amount of giving a damn about those kids. sure he loves kori and kaleb and sean preston and jayden james but really what does he show of feelings towards that, that he actually wants to have the kids and all of that. i have one thing. how is he gonna support the kids if he gets full custody of the kids. his cd playing with fire didn’t sell well at all and how is he gonna get the start of a career after being in the public eye for more than 3 or 4 years. he has chosen to be this way and treat britney like shit. people know that he has not been supportive of britney throught the breakdown which he probably made happen with his endless partying and his endless lying to britney. i think that britney should get custory because how is he gonna get custody when u see in a magazine that while he was at his 29th birthday bash he was there partying and drinkin with friends while the boys were upstairs in the hotel room with a babysitter. now if that was britney she would have been there with the kids or had them there with her though but away from any harm. britney spears is a goddamn good mother and she has had a hell of a few months and a couple of years. give her a break and have faith in her. regular people screw up and she is a regular person regardless is she is rich, beautiful and powerful and has a very famous background and profit market for herself. give her chances because nobody deserves to be shund just by a breakdown i have faith in britney no matter what she does or says. i’m a loyal britney spears fan and always will be and people can say all that they want about her but i will always respect her as who she is and the awesome singer she is. oh ya and the lyp syncin shit…. that’s not true. she sings her concerts and everything live. i have faith in britney and all ya’ll that don’t should rethink ur stuff because she is a lot better than Ms. Paris Hilton
