Things I love about this photo:

2. Sean Preston is seriously adorable. Come on! How can you say no to a face like that?
3. Ten more photo ops like this and I think Britney can overcome her K-Fed phase, drop-the-baby-and-cry phase and Paris Hilton pantiless phase. C’mon Britney, you can do it.

COME ON Jayden should be rear facing until he is at LEAST 20lbs AND 1 year old! SP is way too loose in his seat, the shoulder straps are around his elbows for goodness sakes! and Britney is not buckled up!
You’re right!JJ should be rear facing and SP is not strapped in right and could she look anymore like she doesn’t want to be there?
OH shut up, you people are so hypocritical. Most of you most likely don’t have children so therefore, you should not comment on her mothering skills. The fact that Britney is not buckled in is irrelevant because if she was buckled in then she wouldn’t be able to attend to either of her sons. By the way, Sean Preston is clearly strapped in right but he most likely moving around. You people need to get over yourselves and realize that Britney is learning everyday just like every other new mother.
I have a child and there is no way she would be facing forward at that young age!
I in fact have two children and both are in car seats! thank you very much! I do know a thing or two about car seats since I am in fact a Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) which means I am certified in child saftey seats and the proper installation. Yes at some point we are all new mom’s and there is a learning curve but I know if I was going to be in the public eye I would do the best I could to avoid all the scandal this girl has brought upon herself. I do not agree that it is fair that she gets all this negative publicity but come on as a parent you are supposed to protect your children…..it appears she is not doing this!
Catie, BTW I always manage to buckle up and I can still attend to both of my boys….she needs to set the example.
Yes Catie she should be learning everyday like any new mother, but she is not necessarily a new mothe, SP is about well over a year old. She obviously has not learned from her past screw ups. She still does not how to put her children in a car seat. JJ should be rear facing. Even if SP is moving around his straps are wat too loose. Learning is good, learning at the expense of your children is very bad.
well omg catie, u are horrible, britney should set the example by wearing a seatbelt, jj should be backfacing, and sp’s arm straps are way way way to loose. if he wanted he could get his arms out, and then what happens if they were in an accident? obviously catie doesnt have any children, because if she did she would know that hmm, when sp was a baby brit drove with him in her lap, then she was ticketed for havin his seat in the wrong way… as a parent, a smart person i should say, wouldnt you learn the 1st time? its obvious britney doesnt care about the kids… they are just an accesorie, the hot new item. babies in hollywood were the thing a yr or 2 ago and she jumped on the ban wagon..just like she did with the dogs… she is a horrible person and parent..and keeps showing this over and over again. its sad how ppl like catie will stick up for ppl like britney, thats right why dont you make excuses for an adult who should know better. shes a washed up mess, who has a lotta problems and drinking and drugs are right up there. so if you wanna make excuses, make it about something less important then children. these kids are so precious and no excuse should be made for how they are being treated and cared for!

I don’t know if you are a mother. If you are not, someday if you choose to have children, you will quickly learn that their lives are precious and you will do anything in your ability to insure that they are safe.
I posted the original comment and I am in fact a mother of 2. There is nothing more important the the safety and well being of my children. As a new mother, over 3 years ago, I read everything I could get my hands on as to how to protect my children. I researched the best carseats, how to install, the laws and suggestions on carseat safety. If she were to get in a tragic accident, especially since she is chased by papparazzi all the time and God forbid something were to happen to one of her children, her world would be devastated.
My son will soon be ready for a booster seat and after research, I learned that booster seats are not safe..children need to stay in a 3-point harnest for as long as possible. I recently learned of a horrible accident where a child’s life was loss because he wasn’t in a 3 point harnest. It’s this type of research and learning you do as a mother to protect your children. My children will never be in a booster seat. I will invest in the next larger carseat that is now put out for larger children to protect their lives. The type of information such as rear facing, etc. is not rocket science…the information is out there, she should know it and follow it to protect her children!
I am not bagging on her as a mother, I’m sure she loves her children dearly…but her lack of ability to properly secure them in a car is absolute stupidity and in my opinion shows she is completely self absorbed and immature…she needs to be more concerned about her children than herself! That is what mothers do!
(To motherof1) Why call Britney a horrible person or even the PP a horrible person simply because you don’t agree with them? I can’t believe how nasty people can get on a gossip board! Personal attacks are absolutely unnecessary!
I completely agree with both JM & Mother of 1. I was just going to post on that but am glad I read through the pp’s.
i really carnt beleive you lot she is a good mother and they are all put in right i know load of people whoes babys go in the car that way
