We Found Love: Twilight Star, American Idol Contestant Hitched

Twilight fans, it ain’t Bella and Edward but until November, this will have to do. Twilight star Nikki Reed, 23, and American Idol contestant Paul McDonald, 27, officially tied the knot this Sunday in Malibu California.

Serving as maid of honor was “Spy Kids” star Alexa Vega, Reed’s best friend. Reports placed the guest count at 100.

The couple were “outed” and announced their engagement during this summer’s MTV awards and things went even faster than anyone on this side of the movie screen expected. But it should be no surprise given all the gushing of each other the two have been publicly known for.

Having been only together for less than a year, the two met at the premiere of “Little Red Riding Hood” in only March.

Kudos to the brand new couple, may Hollywood not destroy your beautiful union!
