Season 13 Kicks Off: Who Will Be the Next Dancing With the Stars Winners?

The celebrities on the hit ABC television series are finally ready to wow the judges and the audience with their dance performances as the show kicks off Season 13.  The stars feel the pressure already as one of them will be sent home by the judges.  The Kardashian siblings, Rob and Kim, were not too bad either.  But Kim scored the highest as the judges gave her a 19 compared to her brother’s 16.

As seen in every season, the show features a mix of athletes, television stars, actors and singers.  They may vary in celebrity status but none of that matter when it comes to the dance floor. Everyone is on equal footing.  It’s the choreography that makes them count and stand out from the rest.

So who among them became instant hits and who looked awkward on stage?

Chaz Bono came out as the most talked about celebrity during the preseason.  He was quoted in press interviews saying that he was practicing with his professional dance partner.  Producers of the show took advantage of Bono’s popularity by letting him be the last performer during the season premiere.  Although he was not the best dancer but he certainly surprised audiences.

Meanwhile, David Arquette looked young with his suave and clean-shaven look.  He and his partner, Kym Johnson, danced the waltz.  David’s daughter, Coco, and still his legal wife, Courtney Cox cheered him on from the front row.

David shares the spotlight with soap star, J.R. Martinez who also displayed his grace on the ballroom.  His score earned him the top spot along with Chynna Phillips.

The show’s season premiere could be a preview of things to come.  This is one tough competition as each pair will try to outdo each other.  In the end, there can only be 2 Dancing of the Stars winners.  Who could they be? Stay tuned to find out!
