Elizabeth Canalis: Recent Naked Celeb for Animal Rights

Animal rights organization, PETA, has another celebrity ally named Elisabetta Canalis – the former girlfriend of George Clooney.  She is the latest celebrity to take off her clothes to show support for animal rights.  She joins Pamela Anderson and Charlize Theron as naked celeb endorsers of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).  Cannalis will appear in the fall campaign, “I’d Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur”.

The 33 year-old Cannalis posed naked for the latest animal rights campaign on the streets of Beverly Hills.  Onlookers got an eyeful of her naked beauty as the Italian TV host had her pictures taken next to her campaign photo.

Cannalis says she has never worn fur in her life and formally expresses her support for animal rights.  The new PETA campaign will primarily run in Milan, popularly known for the use of fur in designer collections.

When asked if Cannalis was influenced to pose nude for PETA, she says that nobody forced her to do anything she doesn’t want.  She believes in the ethical treatment of animals and thought the animal rights group was doing a good job discouraging people to boycott animal fur in the fashion industry.

After the break-up with George Clooney, Cannalis is once again poised to take the spotlight as she prepares to appear in the U.S. hit show, “Dancing with the Stars” along with other celebrity contestants.  The show will start its new season on September 19.  The future dancing sensation is already excited about it and currently trains hard with her professional partner.
