“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Russell Armstrong did not commit suicide but was murdered, according to his sister.

The separated husband of Taylor Armstrong was found dead at his residence, after which it was revealed that he was bankrupt and on the verge of getting divorced.

But in an interview with Today’s, Russell’s sister Laurie Kelsoe claimed that her brother’s death should not be termed as suicide as she believes it could be something else.

Kelsoe said, “From the minute that I got the call, I knew that it was not suicide.” She thinks that Russell was too good of father to leave his children behind like that.

The clearly emotional sister was asked who she would blame his brother’s death on, to which she replied, “I don’t know if it was something in the marriage, I don’t know if it was his business, or the show, I don’t know.”

She then revealed that she was about to go and meet him a day before his death. She now regrets not making that visit, which she believes could have saved Russell’s life.

According to the post-mortem report, there were no signs on Russell’s body that suggested that he had been murdered. But his family is still adamant that there is something wrong and so they want to hire an investigator to look into the case.

One clear beneficiary of Russell’s death has been Bravo network on which “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” is broadcasted. The new season of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” aired earlier this week and experienced a tremendous hike in its audience. Around 2.2 million people tuned in to watch the season premier, which marked a mammoth increase of 42% as compared to its previous season.
