Christine O’Donnell Refuses to Talk Gay Marriage; Walks off “Piers Morgan Tonight” [VIDEO]

Piers Morgan pressed her hard, but Republican Party’s Christine O’Donnell refused to discuss the subject of gay marriages during her Wednesday night appearance on the British host’s talk show.

O’Donnell was on Morgan’s show for the promotion of her new book titled “Troublemaker.” But unlike many other hosts, who glorify their guests’ writings without ever really giving it a read, Morgan decided to have his fun.

Morgan brought up the subject of homosexual marriage and asked O’Donnell what she thinks about the infamous “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” military policy, which is scheduled to expire for good on September 20.

She refused to answer it a couple of times but when Morgan insisted on extracting an answer out of her, she finally got tired of all the skipping and said, “You’re borderline being a little bit rude. I obviously want to talk about the issues that I choose to talk about in the book.”

Morgan said he was baffled to hear that O’Donnell thinks he is being rude to her. He then tried to tackle the issue from a different angle and asked, “Do you answer that question in the book?” To which, his visibly uncomfortable guest replied, “I talk about my religious beliefs, yeah. I absolutely do …”

Morgan then came up with: “Do you talk about gay marriage in the book?” But O’Donnell was hell-bent at not discussing it with him, so she fired back: “What relevance is that right now? Is there a piece of legislation? I mean, I should be voting on anything.”

The host then highlighted the point that O’Donnell keeps on confirming the existence of the ‘gay marriage’ subject in her book but is not ready to talk about it. She once again told the Brit of his rude behavior and moments later, she disconnected her microphone and walked off the set.

It should be noted that O’Donnell had once said that open gay service is like adultery.
