Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez crush break up rumors at Teen Choice Awards

Rumors of a break-up grew stronger last night when Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez arrived separately at the Teen Choice Awards. But they were soon seated together and kissing, proving such rumors to be wholly untrue.

The 19-year old ‘Monte Carlo’ star stunned fans in a strapless ivory dress and posed with her band, The Scene as well as with fellow Disney star Demi Lovato. Justin meanwhile chose a leather waistcoat and sporty bow tie and was spied posing with Tyra Banks before being seated with Gomez.

And the night proved worthy of the effort shown in their wardrobe: Selena won five awards – Female Hottie, Best TV Actress in a Comedy [Waverly Place,] Best Music Group, Best Music Single [Who Says] and Best Love Song [Love You Like a Love Song.]

She even seemed close to tears as she picked up her prize from hostess and ‘Big Bang Theory’ star Kaley Cuoco:

“This is for all of you guys,” she told the shrieking crowd of devoted admirers. “This isn’t mine.”

But Justin was no slouch either, winning; Best Music Male Artist, Best TV Villain [for his guest spot on CSI,] Best Male Hottie, and the ‘Twit’ award.

Other guests at the star-speckled event included the entire Kardashian clan – Kim, Kourtney and Khloe, plus their half-sisters Kendall and Kylie. Lamar Odom also introduced his children, Lamar Jr. and Destiny to the press in what’s believed to be their first public appearance.

The night also proved kind to Glee, The Vampire Diaries, the ‘Twilight’ and Harry Potter cast and Taylor Swift, who topped Selena’s haul by one, collecting six awards: Choice Female Music Artist, Country Female Artist, Female Fashion Icon, Country Single ['Mean'] and Best Break-up Song – ‘Back to December.’

“I feel like it’s been a long time since I was a teenager, like…two years,’ 21-year old Swift told the fans.

But her joy was not over – Taylor also received the ‘Ultimate Choice Award,’ the TCA’s version of a lifetime achievement award from the Oscars.

Cameron Diaz was also rewarded, winning ‘Choice Movie Comedy Actress’ for ‘Bad Teacher,’ Ellen DeGeneres was the fans choice for best comedian and Ashton Kutcher was named ‘Choice Romantic Comedy Actor’ for his recent duet with Natalie Portman, ‘No Strings Attached.’
