Jennifer Aniston Celebrates Before Moving Out of Beverley Hills Mansion

Jennifer Aniston recently sold her Beverley Hills mansion for $38 million and is expected to move out in the upcoming days. But, she wasn’t going to say goodbye to the lavish home before having one final get-together there. So a ‘going away’ or ‘moving out’ party was arranged on Friday (July 29) at the house, which was once covered by the Architectural Digest for its incredible style.

According to a source close to the “Horrible Bosses” star, “Jen had a party at her Beverly Hills house Friday night – a little going-away party since she plans on spending so much more time in New York. When asked why Aniston decided to host the party, the source explained, “She just wanted to have one more great get together with friends at the house before she moved out.”

As expected, her current beau Justin Theroux was among the attendees. In one of her recent interview with PEOPLE, she revealed why she decided to sell the property. “I couldn’t sleep and I sort of had one of those moments where I went, I really need to simplify. My life needs to be simplified and clear out the clutter. And along with that thought came, ‘I should sell my house.’ … I had the realization that this is just too much for me. I’m not this person,” she explained.

Even though she has another house in the LA area, the former FRIENDS’ star is in the market for a new one. However, this is no certainty that she will remain in the Hollywood city even if she buys a new residence, as she recently said, “I don’t know, I’m looking for little spots in New York City to go back home.”
