Taylor Swift Lists Nashville Home Just Months After Buying

Country singer Taylor Swift has just listed the home she recently bought in Nashville for $1.45 million. A successful sale of the 4 bed, 4.5 bath, 4,925 square-foot home will mark the end of the songbird’s migration to Beverly Hills which started in April when she bought a home in LA.

Built in 1925, the two-story Tudor-style home in the historic Whitland neighborhood has been renovated, expanded and restored. The property has four bedrooms and four and-a-half bathrooms in nearly five-thousand square feet. The amenities include a library, wood burning fireplaces and an outdoor entertainment area.

Other features in the home include wood paneling, marble bathroom floors, hardwood floors throughout and intricate molded ceilings. There is also a basement and a two car garage.

In April, Swift was named Entertainer of the Year at the Academy of Country Music Awards. Not bad for a 21-year-old, especially when she has four Grammys and other countless music awards to back it up. Taylor’s newest single is called “Sparks Fly “and her latest album is Fearless.
