Friday-Singer Rebecca Black’s Next Song to Portray Her Rise to Stardom
Rebecca Black- the much maligned but famous teenage singer is on the verge of dropping her second song on us. The Friday-singer was expected to follow up her debut song with ‘LOL,’ another one of the same kind. But after failing to impress anyone other than teenage listeners, she has decided to change the order of release a bit.
So the next in line is ‘My Moment,’ in which Black will portray her instant rise to stardom and how life has changed for her. On July 18, the viral star will upload the song on her YouTube channel and her official website rebeccablackonline.com. The very next day, ‘My Moment’ will be made available for download on iTunes, while her five-track mini album is expected to be released in August.
My Moment’s music video will start with the scene of an award being handed to her on the final day of her junior high school. Black’s talents will then garner her instant fame, which is what happened to her in real life.
She will then be shown attending a-list events and being photographed on red carpets. A source close to Black commented, “It’s a fairytale story, but it happened in real life.”
The expected arrival of Black’s new content will be welcome news for her fans, who were left disappointed last month when a dispute between the singer and her record label ARK Music Factory led to her debut song ‘Friday’ being taken off YouTube.
Here’s some leaked footage of My Moment’s video shoot:
