Charlie Sheen’s ex, Brooke Mueller spied with ‘crack pipe’

Having just finished a 45-day outpatient program to overcome substance abuse, Charlie Sheen’s former wife, Brooke Mueller may have missed at least one of the twelve steps – She was seen this weekend with what looked like a crack pipe.

First arrested for drug possession in March 2001 the 33-year old failed actress has now been through rehab no less than fifteen times.

Friends say she was working hard to break the circle this time after the latest course ended on July 1st, but on Friday she was spied near her home with a bottle of Gatorade in one hand…and a rolled-up aluminum pipe in the other.

Since her divorce from Charlie Sheen became final on May 2nd Brooke has been the primary caretaker for their two boys Bob and Max, with $55,000 of his money every month to use for their care. But is this a fit mom?

Insiders say despite obvious problems with drugs and some odd recent behavior, the L.A. Department of Children and Family Services has not met with either Charlie or Brooke for some time.
