Has Sean Penn replaced Scarlett Johansson?

Les than a month after splitting from Scarlett Johansson, Oscar winner Sean Penn already seems to have found a new love – Stacey Koplin.

Rumors of the new couple surfaced last week after they were seen jogging together near Sean’s home in LA. They’ve since been spied running errands and sharing time in public while holding hands.

Yesterday they also celebrated the nation’s independence together on a Malibu beach. Spies say they strolled by the surf hand-in-hand and also got pretty physical while sharing a jet-ski.

Sean and his last wife, Robin Wright, parted ways on July 22nd last year and Scarlett debuted as his new lady-friend in early February. They were seen being very affectionate at numerous events but it’s believed their connection went sour sometime in June.

So is this true love at last or will Sean screw it up – again. What’s your view?….
