‘Bachelor’ stars, Chris Lambton, Peyton Wright engaged

In proof that TV dating shows are bunch of meaningless hooey it’s been reported that ‘The Bachelor’s Peyton Wright is engaged to Chris Lambton – who starred in ‘The Bachelorette.’

The pair met last Summer at a ‘Bachelor’ franchise party and it looks like they found true love on their own.

Lambton was the runner-up when Roberto Martinez won the heart of Ali Fedotowsky,’ while Peyton starred in the ‘Bachelor’ season in which Andy Baldwin won out. ABC then offered Chris his own season but he turned it down, so they offered the job to Brad Womack….And we all know how well that went.

But Chris now seems happy and says he’s “found the love of his life” in the 27-year old Texan.

“We are so incredibly happy,” he tells HG. “She was worth the wait.”

There are no wedding plans yet, but with an entire reality production department behind them you can bet ABC will make sure we find out.
