Whitney Houston Enters Outpatient Rehab

(HMG Celebrity News) – Rumors that Whitney Houston has been back on drugs have persisted since she started her comeback tour. There has always been denials until now when Whitney’s rep released a statement to People Magazine saying: “Whitney Houston is currently in an out-patient rehab program for drug and alcohol treatment. Whitney voluntarily entered the program to support her long-standing recovery process.”

I hope the statement is true and Whitney is passionate about her recovery. I was listening to Rob Lowe talking to Piers Morgan the other day about his book and recovery from addiction, and he really stressed how one has to really be ready and committed to rehab for it to have any chance to work. I hope Whitney is ready.
