Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Marion Cotillard’s ‘Batman’ Roles Revealed

(HMG Celebrity News) – The role of Inception co-stars Marion Cotillard and Joseph Gordon-Levitt in the new Batman film, “The Dark Knight Rises, have been revealed.  Speculation suggested Cotillard would portray Talia Al-Ghul and Gordon-Levitt The Holiday Killer, but now it appears both will play regular Gotham characters. According to a Warner Bros. press release, Oscar winner Cotillard will play high-powered socialite Miranda Tate and Gordon-Levitt will play John Blake, “a Gotham City beat cop assigned to special duty under the command of Commissioner Gordon.” The pair join “Inception” cast mate Tom Hardy, who takes on the role of super strong Bane, and Anne Hathaway, who is playing Selena Kyle/Catwoman. This is to be the final Batman film for Christian Bale and director Christopher Nolan.  However after this film, Warner Bros. will reboot the series, which Nolan will produce.
