Charlie Sheen Disses Ex Brooke Mueller, Moves for Full Custody of Twins

[HMG Celebrity News] – If you thought the whole Charlie Sheen story had calmed down for a while, there’s a rematch. With soon-to-be-ex wife, Brooke Mueller back in rehab – again – Charlie is heading to court to get his sons back. And all his cash.

Charlie, 45, brought his ‘Torpedo of Truth’ tour to the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas last night and seized the chance to tear holes in Brooke’s lifestyle choices.

“Speaking of crack addicts, have you heard about this ex-wife of mine?” he asked last night’s sell-out crowd. “How do we feel about that loser?”

The crowd dissolved into booing and Chuck pressed home the point.

“This troll sends child services to my house to steal my children in the middle of the night,” he expounded. “She convinces a Judge – while she’s still in rehab coming off crack – that she’s the better parent,” he protested. “Only in L.A!”

As you’ll remember, Brooke also tried to sell two watches at a pawn shop. Charlie has no doubts about what sent her there;

“She was selling watches I gave her during our marriage to buy f***ing crack,” he explained.

Brooke was also required to undergo a drug test on Friday as part of their custody agreement. After a week of what insiders call ‘binging’ she ducked it by entering rehab instead. Now Charlie – who has passed several tests while on tour – has a plan;

“Guess where I’m going after the show?” he asked to crowd. “I’m going to LA to get my f—ing kids back. My last words to her were not to pick a fight with a warlock – you’re gonna lose.”

The tirade concluded with a caution to Brooke which brought a roar of support from the crowd;

“Hope you saved some of your dough.”

His lawyers are due in court tomorrow to try and change the custody arrangement. Charlie will ask for full legal and physical custody of twin sons, Bob and Max, plus an end to the $55,000 a month Brooke now receives in child support

Brooke’s lawyers’ planned defense is to ask the Judge for full custody as well – and to have the Judge order Charlie to undergo psychological evaluation.
