Lindsay Lohan falling down drunk or just playing?

(HMG Celebrity News) – Boy how could anyone get the wrong impression of poor misunderstood Lindsay Lohan as she is photographed lying in the street outside some night club in Manhattan, after a night out at a bar with some friends on March 30th.  After those that saw her in action had the audacity to question whether she might have fallen off the wagon she tells TMZ, “I was with my brother, sister and friends. I was making a joke. They’re trying to make something out of nothing.”  Lindsay adds, “Just because I’m out doesn’t mean I’m drinking.”  The thing is Lindsay is on probation, about to be prosecuted again for a theft, and is a multiple-time rehab patient but please carry on going to bars and we’ll think nothing of it.
