Lindsay Lohan faces damning report, sources claim
[HMG Celebrity News] – Everyone’s favorite trainee felon, Lindsay Lohan was in court yesterday for another round of proceedings regarding the alleged theft of a necklace in January. And insiders say the probation department’s report is so damning she has only option – Go directly to jail.
Sources tell TMZ the LA County Probation Department compiled their report just after the jewelry store filed charges, and it supposedly contains undisclosed information about Lohan that is so damaging it could win her a year in state prison.
Lohan’s case is currently being heard by Judge Keith Schwarz, and he’s offered a plea bargain that requires Lohan to serve three months in the L.A. County jail. But if the case goes to trial and the verdict is guilty, Judge Stephanie Sautner would be required to use the report to determine a sentence.
A conviction for probation violation carries at least a one-year sentence. The sentence for felony grand theft is a year in state prison. If convicted Lohan faces both.
As you might guess, her overworked attorney is already in damage control mode;
“Judge Schwartz made it clear the probation violation would be based on the theft allegation and nothing more,” Shawn Holley told the reporters. “If there was information in the Probation Report, wouldn’t the allegations be based on that?”
But the message is not getting home – Just a few hours after Lohan left the Airport Courthouse she was pulled over by the LAPD for running a stop sign. Of course she claims it’s ‘Not so!’
“Just waved down a police officer to help me block a paparazzi,” she tweeted yesterday. “His pictures were not coz I got pulled over. He got punk’d.”
The paparazzo in question, however, disputes Lohan’s typically self-serving version. The officer who made the stop told them Lohan was pulled over for a violation, and not because she called for help.
And they’ve got video that proves it.

So, Lohan is facing a report about a barrier to obstruct the flow of water, especially one of earth, masonry, etc., built across a stream or river? Becuase that’s what a damming report would be. The word you’re looking for is “damning.”
You’re a professional writer: you use words for your living. Words matter. You should know better.

These are dumb typos that I should have caught when I allegedly proof read. But man can the smugness.
Take my response as you will but as far as I’m concerned, I’m not trying to start a pissing contest and I wasn’t trying to be smug. I was irritated, and I explained where I was coming from in the previous post, “You’re a professional writer; you use words for your living. Words matter. You should know better.” Frankly, you’re not breaking Earth-shattering news; it’s not as if you’re Hildy Johnson rushing into the newsroom with a hot scoop, hat cocked and tie askew. You can afford the extra two seconds for at least a spell-check.

My opinion on this is that hotmommagossip are full of it because if it’s undisclosed they don’t know what that information is and they are speculating big time. Not only that, but using the word “supposedly” is WEAK and not much different than “allegedly”. X17 is also trying to make it look like something it wasn’t. The guy even went so far as to film her leaving from the 4 way intersection, but the camera was pointed away from the intersection. Only when she starts moving does he pan the camera back around to make it appear as though she ran a stop sign. And that’s just stupid considering she had just talked to the cop. And it proves they spend the entirety of their sad, miserable little lives trying to fabricate things for a few bucks.
What do I think about the “traffic violation” part? Assuming it’s real? Who cares!? I’ve had them in the past. Are you going to come and video me too? Whoopie. And even though I’ve had 2 or 3 of them, I am awarded the lowest rates from my insurance company because I am considered such a good driver over the years. Showing one traffic violation shows nothing. But again, this is so stupid, it’s really boring. Sorry.
As for the “supposedly” type news, it’s worthless.
