Brooke Mueller demands Charlie Sheen undergo analysis to see sons

[HMG Celebrity News] – In today’s episode of the ongoing train-wreck that is Charlie Sheen’s life, estranged wife Brooke Mueller now claims she’s so sure Chuck might be crazy she wants him examined by a psychiatrist before he can see his sons.

“Brooke is concerned for the safety of Bob and Max,” an enabling insider tells Radar; “She’s demanding Charlie gets a full mental health examination before he’s allowed to have his next visit with the boys.”

Charlie’s increasingly curious behavior has been well documented in his nightly pronouncements in ‘Sheen’s Korner’ on Ustream, and Brooke believes that helps her case.

“Brooke will not waiver on this demand. Charlie’s refusing to undergo any examination,” the source adds. “If Brooke needs to go to court, she will. She won’t allow the boys to be with their father again until the evaluation is done.”

The twin boys, Bob and Max, were removed from Chuck’s home in L.A’s upscale Mulholland Estates on March 1st. This was done in line with a court order obtained by Mueller, who has since being caring for the twins at an unknown address.

On the same day Brooke was also granted a temporary restraining order which requires Charlie to stay at least 100-yards away from both her and their sons;

“I’m very concerned he is currently insane,” she says in the court application. “I’m in fear he will attack me and I’m in fear for the children’s safety while in his care.”

As you might expect, Chuck is not too thrilled by the idea of analysis, and he wants the boys back. The former couple have been sparring over a custody schedule for almost a week and got nowhere. Now Chuck’s made a plain offer to Brooke – Settle this now or face a judge.

TMZ says Charlie’s proposal is simple – Undo the restraining order and let him see his sons, or his lawyers will do it in court and expose Brooke’s long history of drug addiction.
