Police Remove Nicolas Cage From New Orleans Restaurant After Disturbance

(HMG Celebrity News) – Not sure what’s going on with Nicolas Cage these days but it doesn’t seem good.  The actor’s new movie Drive Angry 3D bombed at the box-office and he is reportedly facing financial ruin as he owes more than $6 million in unpaid taxes.  Now 3 months after being caught on tape going ballistic outside a nightclub in Romania, Cage was involved in an incident at a New Orleans bar and had to reportedly taken him back to his hotel after some sort of scuffle.

Officers said they escorted Cage who was in the city for its annual Mardi Gras festival back from the city’s Stella eatery for his “own safety”.

Officer Juan Barnes told RadarOnline: “We can confirm that we did respond to an incident at that location on Friday night at around 10.45pm and that Mr Cage needed some assistance to go back to his hotel.

“A window was found to be broken at the restaurant but the owners decided it was an internal matter and that they would handle it.

“There was no formal complaint or charge written-up.”
