Britney Spears’ suing bodyguard threatens to release alleged nude photos

[HMG Celebrity News] – As you’ll recall, Fernando Flores, the former bodyguard of Britney Spears is currently suing the singer for sexual harassment. And he now is threatening to further his case by releasing nude photos he claims Britney sent to his phone.

29-year old Flores recently told friends he plans to use the “filthy” pictures in court to support his $15-million lawsuit against Spears, saying he believes she sent them as yet another attempt to get him into her bed.

“They’re really explicit images that will shock the majority of her fans, a friend of the ex-cop tells the Sun. “Fernando says he can prove they were taken on Britney’s phone.”

And the timing of the alleged photos seems to fit with Flores’ previous claims of unwelcome attention;

“He says she sent them last April when she was coming on to him every day,” says the insider. “Some show Britney with the camera between her legs. Others show her in provocative positions wearing lingerie. There are a few where she’s naked, exposing herself in a way she clearly hoped would get him aroused.”

Flores began his lawsuit last June, claiming the 29-year old singer frequently exposed herself and made unwanted advances towards him at her Los Angeles mansion. Britney denies this, and her legal team want the case heard in private to protect her from the fallout.

“There is a real possibility Ms. Spears will be exposed to danger by the release of confidential and personal information,” they explained to reporters.

Britney is now in final preparations for a free concert from San Francisco’s Castro district, which will be broadcast live on March 27.
