Charlie Sheen’s Twin Boys Taken Away from Him For Now
(HMG Celebrity News) – Law enforcement officials have yanked Charlie Sheen’s twin sons Bob and Max, who will turn two years old this month, from his LA mansion after a judge gave instructions that the kids be returned to Sheen’s soon-to-be-ex wife Brooke Mueller.
According to TMZ, a judge had temporarily stripped Sheen and his live-in girlfriends or “goddesses” of the custody of his twin sons on Tuesday after Mueller, 33, submitted a declaration stating that Sheen threatened her saying, “I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom.”
Yep, that sounds like Charlie?
Muller’s lawyer got a temporary restraining order against Sheen which prohibiting him from going within 100 yards of her and the children. The judge also ordered that Sheen had to surrender the twins while the restraining order remained in effect.
On his new Twitter account late Tuesday night, Sheen seemed to rebut that the twins were taken away posting, “My sons are fine… My path is now clear… Defeat is not an option…!”
RadarOnline is reporting that a furious Sheen told them, as his kids were being taken away, “My fangs are dripping tiger blood.”
Both dripping tiger blood Sheen and Mueller are required to attend a hearing on March 22 to determine whether the restraining order is extended. It’s no slam dunk that Brooke, who has had substance abuse issues of her own, will get the children back though. Charlie has been seeking sole custody of Bob and Max.
“Charlie believes Brooke, at present, is not in a position to care for the children with the love and attention they need,” a source told Radaronline. “He has consulted with a lawyer about what move he can take next.”
The couple filed for divorce on Nov. 1, 2010, following an alleged violent altercation between the two during a Christmas holiday to Aspen, Colo., in 2009.
