Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Brooke Mueller claims further abuse

[HMG Celebrity News] – In the walking nightmare that is Charlie Sheen’s life, the actor has not only lost his two sons, but their mother and his soon-to-be-ex wife, Brooke Mueller has made a string of accusations which Charlie denies.

In a sworn statement filed yesterday in an LA court the 33-year old former actress claims Charlie mentioned having people killed. She also alleges physical violence prior to the now infamous smackdown on Christmas Day of 2009;

“In October 2009, Sheen knocked me to the floor causing me to hit my head on a couch. I was knocked unconscious and required medical attention,” she claims, adding she has photos, two witnesses and a written apology from Chuck.

These latest allegations are part of Mueller’s application for a restraining order against Sheen. That was granted on Tuesday and immediately cost Charlie the custody of the former couple’s two-year old twins, Bob and Max.

Last week, Charlie also supposedly made anti-semitic statements about ‘Two and a Half Men’ creator, Chuck Lorre. In court, Brooke produced a text in which he seems to display the same intellectual vacuum towards his manager, Mark Burg;

“I must execute Mark B like the stoopid jew pig he is,” it reads.

Charlie apparently sent the text last week after firing Mark. But then he rehired him. And Charlie has a simple explanation for the source of the text;

“I busted Brooke a year ago sending texts from my phone to family members to cause discord,” He also says the two girls who now share his home saw Brooke with his phone on the day that text was sent.

“I believe the text about Mark Burg is a repeat performance,” he’s since told reporters.

According to Mueller, another of Charlie’s “increasingly erratic statements” was to request $20,000 from her child support payments so he could “have untraceable cash to ‘knock off a few people’”

She also claims that after the Christmas Day fight, Sheen told her, “I should have killed you when I had the chance.” and even “I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom.”

Just to make her views even plainer, Mueller obliquely suggests Charlie’s problem is not drugs, he’s just insane:

“I believe his rage is the result of an intense mental problem, rather than a reaction to drug use.,” says her statement. But she then finds one paragraph in which she takes some blame;

“I have not been perfect and I have struggled with my own sobriety over the past year and a half,” she admits in the statement. “Sheen has not supported my rehabilitation in any way. He mocks my recovery efforts.”

Last week Brooke flew to the Bahamas with one of Charlie’s old girlfriends and admits “falling off the wagon” while she was there. She’s also doing rehab for drug use. For the fifth time.
