Lindsay Lohan Lines Up First Post-Rehab Movie ‘Escaping The Game’

(HMG Celebrity News) – While Lindsay Lohan may be close to landing back in jail she also may be close to landing her first post-rehab acting job.

According to RadarOnline the actress has committed to star in Escaping the Game, a drama to be shot in the U.S. and Spain. The contracts have not yet been signed, but producer Nathan Folks tells Radar says Lohan “wants to do it.”

The plotline for Escaping the Game, is about celebrities who get so famous they can’t take it,” Folks explains. Several fake their own deaths and create a new life for themselves on a remote island. Lohan’s role would be as an investigator who is hired to get to the bottom of their disappearances.

Lohan hasn’t offered any confirmation of the deal, but did tweet last night that she was talking to a “future costar.”  You know it might seem like it’s a bad decision to cast Lindsay in a movie while she faces all these legal problems not to mention her reputation makes it hard for producers to get the necessary insurance.  But really dangling a role out to Lindsay means lot’s of free publicity, and if they aren’t serious about hiring her it’s easy to make an excuse to drop her later.
