Charlie Sheen sports new girlfriend, offers ex’s a free home

[HMG Celebrity News] – In today’s chapter of a story that never stops getting strange it appears Charlie Sheen not only has a new girlfriend, but he’s also inviting ex-wives Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller to move in next door.

Sources say the 45-year old actor has offered to buy each of the exes a mansion in LA’s exclusive Mulholland Estates, a short stroll from his own home. The idea is to enable the trio’s four children to be nearer their dad, and also let them meet his other offspring.

A Realtor is at work on the case, and Brooke is already said to be ‘very keen’ on the plan.

“She’s planning on taking Charlie up on his offer,” an insider tells Radar. “Brooke thinks it’s a great idea because Charlie can see their sons every day.”

Brooke currently lives about 15-miles away from Charlie in Los Feliz. But L.A’s notorious traffic means it can be an hour’s drive each way to take their boys to see dad.

“She feels it would be healthier if they didn’t have to make the long trip,” says the snitch. “Brooke loved living at Mullholland, it’s gated and secure; She’s sick of the prying eyes at her current home.”

She would also be neighbors with Paris Hilton, and the pair are shooting a reality show so that would also be handy.

There’s no word on whether Denise might take the offer, but if the girls do move in they’ll have a new friend – Charlie was spied yesterday in Westlake Village shooting new scenes for  ‘Two and a Half Men.’ And between takes he got cozy with a new blond.

“Charlie seemed rested and happy to be back,” says a witness. “He posed with his girlfriend; he was kind of showing her off.”

Chuck was on the set for about four hours, then left for home – with the mystery lady in tow. Asked her name, Chuck’s reply was typically succinct; “None of your f-ing business.”

It’s not clear when the new shows will air but reports say CBS has ordered additional episodes of ‘Mike & Molly’ to fill the gap until at least Monday.

So what do you think, guys? He’s looking at roughly $8-million for the two homes, plus moving expenses. Is this a good idea or is he heading for more trouble? Let’s hear your views…
