Michael Lohan Claims New Witness Will “Exonerate” Lindsay

(HMG Celebrity News) – As per usual Michael Lohan is leaking information, and claims a witness has come forward that will blow the prosecution’s claims away in their felony theft case against his daughter.

Daughter Lindsay is accused of stealing a necklace the store claims is valued at $2,500.  Her defense team according to both TMZ and RadarOnline is focused on proving that the necklace pricing is way over inflated, and therefore the charges against he should not be a felony.

So Michael now tells RadarOnline:

“A man contacted Lindsay’s camp and told them he went into the jewelry store way before Lindsay did and was interested in buying the necklace:”

“They told him it was $800.”

Michael explained to Radar:

“This witness will completely exonerate Lindsay and prove that the necklace isn’t worth $2,500, and prove that she shouldn’t have been charged with a felony.”

If true, maybe so on the felony charge, but it does not in anyway exonerate Lindsay from being a thief.  So yes she might get off again and perhaps even escape a parole violation because she has a great lawyer, but how long till she screws up again?
