Jordan Bratman finally moves out of house he shares with Christina Aguilera

[HMG Celebrity News] – As you’ll recall, Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman announced plans to divorce way back in October. After almost five months Jordan has finally moved out. And he did it while Christina was on stage at the Super Bowl.

“Jordan was moving while she was singing the national anthem,” a source close to the singer confirms.

And this rather relaxed attitude about leaving the Beverly Hills mansion they shared has made life tough for Christina;

At the end of last month 33-year old Jordan and the couple’s 3-year old son, Max were spied browsing stores in the upscale neighborhood of Venice, CA, seeking décor for Jordan’s new home in the Westside area of Los Angeles.

But despite having a new place Jordan still lived with his upcoming ex…And so did her boyfriend, Matthew Rutler.

“It’s been stressful having her boyfriend and her husband under the same roof,” the snitch told Radar.

And there’s more — Friends are also concerned that Christina’s developed a drinking problem;

“Christina’s drinking has her friends worried,” one friend confirms. “She seems to be getting out of control and they want her to get professional help.”

But another source is keen to defend the 30-year old singer.

“She’s been working hard and raising a baby. Now she’s free of Jordan, she’s just blowing off some steam,” they insist.

In one piece of good news, the former couple are said to have reached a settlement to resolve their divorce. In papers filed in LA District Court, Jordan says he has no intention of disputing the split and confirmed they’ve settled the division of property and assets “by signed agreement.”

Aguilera’s divorce attorney, Laura Wasser refused requests for a comment. Jordan’s legal rep did not return calls.
