(HMG Celebrity News) – Following in her mother’s footsteps Bristol Palin is going to try her hand as an author.  While Bristol’s already experienced a lot in her young life, the ripe old age of 20, seems pretty young for a memoir.

According to a listing on Amazon.com though, the memoir is set to come out in June, from William Morrow & Co., a subsidiary of HarperCollins, which published Sarah Palin’s first book, “Going Rogue: An American Life” and her second book “America by Heart: Reflections on Family, Faith and Flag.”  The book, which is set to be a whopping 304 pages, is priced at $25.99, according to the website.

In December, Bristol bought the five-bedroom home here for $172,000. During the first day of appearances on E! News, Bristol revealed that her parents Sarah and Todd have seen the house and approve: “They love how small this community is and how mellow the environment is,” she said.

Palin’s 2-year-old son, Tripp, got plenty of screen time during the segment. The proud mom said that the youngster was talking “like a parrot.”

She also confirmed that she is dating Gino Paoletti, a former high-school classmate. However, the relationship is long distance; Paoletti still lives in Alaska.

As for Bristol’s own political plans, she told E! News she will “probably” run for office one day, “but that would be further down the road.

“If I saw something that needed to be changed, then I would step up to the plate and do something about it.”
