Lindsay Lohan Will Reportedly Be Charged in Alleged Necklace Theft As Soon As Monday

(HMG Celebrity News) – Once again Lindsay Lohan is on the brink of facing more jail-time.  Still on probation for her DUI conviction in 2007, Lindsay is back in a familiar place having been accused in the past of stealing a fur coat and jewelry before. She was never prosecuted on those accusations but this stealing an expensive necklace thing looks like a much tougher spot.

Lindsay was caught on film and camera wearing the one of a kind $2,500 necklace, that the owner of Kamofie & Company said she walked off with on Jan. 22nd.  Sources connected with the case have told TMZ the L.A. County District Attorney will file felony grand-theft charges in the case as early as Monday.

Lindsay’s defense will apparently be built on the premise, that one of the owner’s of the jewelry store told her that she could take the bling on loan.   But so far there appears to be no paperwork supporting this claim.  If convicted Lindsay faces a maximum of three years in state prison.
