Late Show’s Craig Ferguson becomes duplicate dad
[HMG Celebrity News] – In news that should keep the jovial Scotsman in raw material for months its been announced that late night host Craig Ferguson has become a dad.
Craig, 48, and his wife Megan welcomed a son, ‘Liam James Ferguson’ on January 31st, and his rep is ecstatic.
“Everyone is happy and healthy,” the mouthpiece told People. “The family is doing great; everybody’s perfect.”
Craig and Megan [his third wife] were married on December 21, 2008 at her family’s farm in Chester, Vermont. And on July 14th of this year Craig announced via Twitter that Liam was now in production;
“Holy crackers! Mrs F is pregnant. How did that happen? …oh yeah, I know how.” he tweeted. ”Another Ferguson arrives in 2011. The world trembles. “
And Liam will have company – Craig already has a 9-year old son, Milo from a previous marriage that flamed out five years ago.
Craig moved to the States from Scotland in 1994. Two years later he was a household name as ‘Mr. Wick’ on The Drew Carey Show, and that won him Craig Kilborn’s chair on ‘The Late, Late Show’ in 2004.
And that show is now so successful, the rumor is Craig’s next position will be in David Letterman’s chair.
So what do you guys think of the news? Will Craig make a good dad? And would you want him instead of Letterman? Let’s get your input….

1) That is the best picture I have seen of Craig & Megan (she is so poised and beautiful).
B) [if you watch Craig you'd understand the 1) & B)] We love Craig because he is so honest, creative, humble while being sassy at the same time, and intelligent, those kids are lucky. I would say that Megan is lucky but I think they are both lucky.
[um, I guess 3 comes next] 3) The only fear we have about Craig taking over for Letterman is that they’ll take away his cussing Rabbit, his rude Robot sidekick, and his “I don’t give a ‘ooh-la-la’” attitude that makes him free to be himself.
I wouldn’t care if he came on at 3:00 in the morning as long as he is free to be him.
May he and his family have all they joy that he has brought us.
Proud member of the “Robot Skeleton Army”.
Craig will make a great dad. And yes, he will be perfect for the Dave Letterman time spot.
He already is a good dad. Yes, he can take over for Letterman. I don’t watch Dave but I will follow Craigy Ferg anywhere, always.
@ Dawn, I agree with every single part of your comment. Just sayin’.
