Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem Welcome a Child!

(HMG Celebrity News) – It was apparently quite the day for Javier Bardem who received an Oscar nomination for his role in ‘Biuitiful,’ on Tuesday.  But the day was made far more memorable for Javier, 41, welcoming a child with beautiful wife Penelope Cruz, 36, according to reports.

The Spanish newspaper El Pais (via Us Weekly) is reporting the couple welcomed a baby at L.A.’s Cedars Sinai Hospital.  The couple, who are notoriously secretive about their private lives, have not disclosed any details on their child’s birth yet.

The pair, who met on the set of 1992′s ‘Jamon, Jamon, began dating in 2007, while co-starring in 2008′s ‘Vicky Christina Barcelona, although they kept their relationship under wraps until after their secret Bahamas wedding in July 2010.
