Will a Dine and Dash Finally be Gary Collins’ Downfall?

(HMG Celebrity News) – Gary Collins has been busted 3 times for DUI and now he’s adding another mug shot to his collection. I was very surprised he managed to get off on his last DUI given he is still on probation, and then in November he allegedly struck another car, injuring a woman and her child in Jackson, Mississippi.  So far nothing has come of that I guess.  But this time, the former Miss America/”Hour Magazine” host is facing a felony ironically for a dine and dash. TMZ says that Gary sat down for a meal at Jazzeppi’s in Biloxi, Mississippi last night, and walked out on a $59.35 restaurant bill, while ignoring the screams from the staff to pay. They called the cops, Gary was arrested and now he’s sitting in a jail on $5,000 bail. The twist to this mess besides the fact that it’s amazing he isn’t already in jail, is that refusing to pay a restaurant bill for anything over $25 in Mississippi is a FELONY! Hopefully they take their dine and dash felonies a little more serious than those DUI’s and hit and runs?
