Naomi Campbell’s billionaire lover still with his wife
[HMG Celebrity News] – After being dragged into court last July to explain allegedly receiving illegal diamonds, Naomi Campbell’s new year is not looking better; Her billionaire boyfriend, Vladimir Doronin spent the holidays with his wife.
The 40-year old former model told friends she intended to spend the whole festive season with the Russian-born real estate mogul, but instead Vladimir celebrated a Russian Orthodox Christmas at the Beverly Hills hotel with his wife, Ekaterina, their daughter Katia and his mother-in-law.
He then joined Naomi for New Year’s Eve in Cabo san Lucas. But Naomi’s chances of landing him sound pretty thin;
“Despite rumors of a wedding in 2011, Vlad and his wife are nowhere near a divorce settlement.” a source close to the boyfriend told the Post.
Once in Cabo, Naomi surfaced on Thursday night at fellow model Cindy Crawford’s vacation home. They were later spied schmoozing with Jessica Alba, Paris Hilton and Bar Refaeli at Leonardo DiCaprio’s lavish pre-New Year soirée.
The next day she was seen lounging by the pool with Cindy, her husband Rande Gerber, and the musician Kid Rock. And Vladimir was reportedly nowhere in sight.
Should the two ever actually marry, Naomi – who was briefly engaged to U2′s Adam Clayton – would be required to convert to the Russian Orthodox religion. But reps for the pair could not be reached to confirm any plans.
They’ve been dating since 2007. Do you think this is their year for a wedding or is she just chasing smoke?…
Is it unusual for a man to spend Christmas with his teen daughter? Doesn’t her mum have custody of her? So maybe it makes sense he spent the holiday with his daughter. Had he been mainly spending the holiday with his wife, from whom he has been separated 11 years, would he really fly away with N.C. on New Year’s?
There will always be someone more beautiful and richer than you, someone who will have more fun in life than you. Persecuting them won’t make your life any fuller.
I don’t know about that separated part. Almost everything I have read seems to indicate his marriage is intact with his wife knowing he sees Naomi on the side.
The boyfriend appeared in the Oprah audience with N.C.’s mom while N.C. was onstage with Oprah. This was less than 5 months ago I believe. Oprah asked him if he was married and he said he was separated and had nto lived with his wife in over 10 years. His wife and daughter also appeared at N.C.’s charity event for Haiti relief. He said they were all there to be supportive of N.C. The truth is probably one keystroke away from the fiction when we’re googling for facts.
