Skid Row singer, Sebastian Bach announces divorce via Facebook

[HMG Celebrity News] – New Year’s Eve is well-known for romance – You’ll see many people kissing amid the throng in Times Square, but Skid Row singer Sebastian Bach is no romantic – He’s starting his new year by getting divorced.

Sebastian, 42, and his wife Maria Bierk have been married since 1992, but Bach says they’ve been separated since April. And today he made the split official via Facebook;

“In all but every way, we have actually been separated since April,” he writes. “We have tried to work things out for the sake of our family, but it has become apparent that our differences at this point are irreconcilable. In 2011, we go our separate ways.

This is quite a reversal, considering that just last month Sebastian sprang to Maria’s defense after the Toronto Sun suggested she once worked as a stripper;

“Maria Bach was never a stripper or a dancer at any time in her life,” he tweeted. “She was a waitress at Filmores, that’s all.”

So if they’ve been strangers since April why rush to her defense in November? Strange dude, this Bach.

And the fun doesn’t end there; Two days after the newspaper feud Sebastian was arrested for chewing on a guy in a bar;

Police in Ontario, Canada say he had a row with a barman at ‘Riley’s Old Towne Pub’, then threw a wine glass at the door, smashed the window and bit one of the patrons who tried to restrain him.

When the local PD checked his pockets they also found 2-grams of weed. He was charged with assault, possession and mischief.

So, anyone care to guess why the wifey now wants a divorce?…
