Reese Witherspoon is Engaged

(HMG Celebrity News) – Joining the likes of Natalie Portman, Lily Allen, LeAnn Rimes, Eddie Cibrian, movie star Reese Witherspoon has gotten engaged to her Hollywood agent boyfriend Jim Toth.  As we reported earlier this month Toth had been seen shopping for an engagement and it looks like he got the job done over this past weekend.  The Oscar-winning actress, 34, began dating Toth, 40, who works as an agent at L.A.’s Creative Artists Agency, around January 2010, shortly after her split from Jake Gyllenhaal.   This will be the second marriage for Witherspoon (no dates been announced) who divorced from actor Ryan Phillippe in 2008 after seven years together; the former spouses share daughter Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7.
