Thor Actor Chris Hemsworth Got Married

(HMG Celebrity News) – Actor Chris Hemsworth, 27, who is the lead in the new Marvel Thor movie got married over the holidays to Spanish actress Pataky, 34, who made a splash in the 2006 camp classic Snakes on a Plane. A source close the couple tells UsMagazine.com that the wedding took place in Hemsworth’s native Australia.  It was a surprise to many because while they have dated for a longtime, they never announced they were engaged. Coincidentally Natalie Portman, Hemsworth’s “Thor” co-star, announced her engagement to “Black Swan” co-star Benjamin Millepied, with whom she is also expecting her first child, on Monday. While Hemsworth whose brother Liam dated Miley Cyrus recently, is tied up portraying the Norse God of Thunder in Thor and the Avengers for a while, Pataky, will appear in next summer’s “Fast Five” opposite Vin Diesel and Paul Walker in the fifth installment of “The Fast and the Furious” franchise.
