Chris Brown bows Justin Bieber duet via Twitter

[HMG Celebrity News] – Having already shared songs with the likes of Sean Kingston, Ludacris and Kanye West, Justin Bieber has let it be known that to further his ongoing dash toward musical mediocrity he’s now teaming up with Chris Brown.

It’s not yet clear on whose album the song will appear, but Chris is understandably buzzed;

“Me and @justinbieber got a Banger/Smash record for all the fans out there at the top of the New Year!” he told his 1.2-million Twitter fans on Christmas Day.

And Justin had also hinted at the tuneful coupling back in October;

“Kinda hyped right now,” he tweeted. “For a new single, teamed up with one of my friends and an artist I used to sing covers of on YouTube. Big Record. Smash!”

He then linked to a video of himself covering Chris’s song ‘With You.’ Subtle, huh?

And Chris’s career could use the exposure – Since his brush with the law over a fight with ex-girlfriend Rihanna in February of ’09 he’s been running in neutral, but this song could mark a return;

“People are already putting Chris back in their good graces, because they see his remorse,” Keri Hilson tells MTV. “To me, a man is someone who doesn’t go backwards in life. You learn from your mistakes and you you move forward, onto bigger and better things. That’s a man trait.”

But Chris and Justin are clearly not exclusive – the 16-year old singer is now locked in a studio with Diddy and ‘Rascal Flatts’ front-man Gary LeVox, who have both confirmed they’re also working on tracks for Justin’s next album.
