Madonna’s plane prank leaves passengers peeved

[HMG Celebrity News] – Most of Europe is currently shivering under a blanket of snow, but the treatment dispensed to Madonna after a recent flight into London made the other passengers almost overheat.

Virgin Atlantic flight VSO10 from New York was due to land at Heathrow last weekend, but snow had closed all the runways so the plane was diverted to nearby Stansted.

Already delayed 90-minutes before take-off, the plane then sat there for another hour before the ground crews could reach them.

And just to make her fellow passengers pain worse, Madge decided to provide a little live entertainment;

“It was bad enough having to wait, but then she started doing her yoga in the aisles,” one passenger tells the Mail. “Then a bus came and took her and her party off the plane.”

The rest of the passengers were left in their seats for another two hours.

“If the plane had taken off on time, it would have made it to Heathrow before the runways were closed,” the aggrieved traveler notes. “So we’d never have even needed to be diverted.”

As you might expect, a spokesman for Virgin is in full-on denial;

“As the plane was diverted to Stansted ­disembarkation was delayed while ground staff waited for buses. We apologize for any inconvenience, but for safety reasons this action was unavoidable.”

The Virgin toady made it clear that, in common with most airlines, Virgin lets its business and first-class travelers get off the plane first – but that claim is disproved by the Mail’s upscale mole;

“Madonna was taken off the plane way before the rest of the first-class people,” they confirm. “We were all grumbling about it.”
