Lindsay Lohan allegedly facing battery charge after sneaking out of Betty Ford Clinic

(HMG Celebrity News) – Lindsay Lohan has gotten a lot of positive publicity lately after entering the Betty Ford Clinic, and appearing to be dedicating herself to the rehab program, but all that may be unraveling quickly.  Lohan and her roommates while staying in a satellite house for good behavior, reportedly snuck out to a bar.  TMZ reports that the roommates were “drinking heavily.” Betty Ford officials heard about the party, and the young women were moved back into the main clinic facility, where there is stricter supervision. Although there was no evidence that Lohan drank any alcohol, rehab officials supposedly decided she could not leave the area for Christmas and moved her back to the main Betty Ford facility for “intensive therapy.”   Now Radar Online is reporting that Lohan has been moved to an undisclosed area after a fight with a rehab staffer at the Betty Ford Center, and not because of a stalker, which is a side issue she and the clinic have been dealing with.  Supporting Radar’s claim, TMZ is now also reporting, there was an incident with a female staffer from Betty Ford.  The police received a call at 1:03 AM on December 12 for “hand-to-hand battery,” and interviewed both the staffer and Lindsay.  The staffer is reportedly seeking prosecution, and the police have now finished the investigation, and the case will be forwarded to prosecutors for review.  I am betting that if that Betty Ford staffer has some visible bruises, there will be photos out soon.
