Lindsay Lohan’s Stalker Might be Britney Spears’ Former Manager Sam Lutfi

(HMG Celebrity News) – How’s this for the theater of the bizarre?  There were reports that security had been beefed up at the Betty Ford clinic because  Lindsay Lohan has been getting persistent somewhat threatening anonymous calls.  There are so many stalker stories out there that I kind of glossed over the story until hearing that Lohan’s people believe the person who has been harassing Lindsay through text messages and voicemail messages is none other than Sam Lutfi. As you may recall Lufti wormed his way to become Britney’s sole confidant while she was out of her mind heading for her eventual life saving 5150 psychiatric hold.  Britney’s family believed Lutfi maintained control over Britney by plying her with drugsl. Britney’s conservators eventually obtained a restraining order against Lutfi.

TMZ spoke with Lutfi, who claims he didn’t send the messages. However he claims Lindsay has called him in the past, and that the people who rep Lindsay also repped Britney and they’re out to get him. Coo-coo. On an ominous side note TMZ mentions that Lutfi has been in close contact with Michael Lohan, which may explain how he got Lindsay’s phone number?
